Hammond RS510GASKET Replacement Lid Gasket 2-Pack for 108 mm Enclosure

The RS510GASKET is a two-pack of replacement lid gaskets for the RS Series ABS plastic sealed enclosures, listed in the series ordering table as the replacement gasket for the RS5105S enclosure (108 mm x 108 mm x 54.5 mm). It is intended for maintenance technicians, OEM builders and integrators who open and reseal RS5105S boxes and want to restore the lid seal rather than replace the whole enclosure.

In the RS Series, the lid is gasketed with a two-piece "tongue & groove" construction that provides protection against access of oil, dust and water, and the enclosures are designed to meet IP65. On the RS5105S the lid gasket ships installed from the factory, so this pack is the spare you keep on hand for rework, field service or re-assembly after modification.

Each gasket measures 4 in x 4 in x 0.1 in (102 mm x 102 mm x 3 mm), matching the footprint of the smallest RS enclosure. The part description reads "RS510 GASKET- 2PK", so one order gives you two gaskets.

RS510GASKET is REACH compliant and RoHS compliant, and is catalogued under UNSPSC 39121301 with UPC 623980524160. For the RS5305S use RS530GASKET, and for the larger RS5705 and RS5805 use RS570GASKET. Lid screws for the RS5105S are a separate replacement item, SC624-50.
