The RP1465 is a light gray ABS water-tight enclosure with an opaque lid, 220 x 165 x 85 mm (8.66 x 6.50 x 3.35 in). It offers the same footprint as the RP1455 with 25 mm more depth, suiting electricians, OEMs and hobbyists who need to fit taller components such as terminal blocks or small power modules.
General purpose ABS gives it a UL94 HB flame rating. The two piece tongue & groove lid seals with an EPDM string gasket that is installed in the field, rated IP65. Four self captivating M3.5 stainless steel machine screws hold the lid in corrosion resistant bushings, built for repeated assembly and disassembly.
The inside measures 208.92 x 153.92 x 78.00 mm (8.23 x 6.06 x 3.07 in). A P.C. board up to 205 x 150 mm mounts on posts that accept M3 self-tapping screws, and the lid provides a smooth 0.40 mm deep recess for a membrane, label or silkscreen.
Every RP1465 is bagged with box, lid, string gasket, four PCB screws and four lid screws and has a 1.28 lbs (0.58 kg) shipping weight. It is RoHS and REACH compliant. For this size, optional STC146 and STA146 inner panels, RP145GASKET replacement gaskets and MF0050 / MF0055 mounting feet kits are available, and solid models come in .stp or .x_t.
