Hammond RP145GASKET Replacement Lid Gasket 2-Pack, 220x165 mm Enclosures

The RP145GASKET is a two-pack of replacement lid gaskets (listed as RP145/RP146 GASKET- 2PK) for the 220 x 165 mm RP Series water-tight ABS and polycarbonate enclosures. It is for maintenance teams, panel builders and OEMs who need to replace the lid seal on an existing RP enclosure.

The series ordering table lists it as the replacement gasket for eight enclosures: light gray ABS RP1455 (opaque lid) and RP1455C (clear lid), off-white polycarbonate RP1450 and RP1450C, all 8.66 in (220 mm) x 6.50 in (165 mm) x 2.36 in (60 mm) deep; and light gray ABS RP1465 and RP1465C plus off-white polycarbonate RP1460 and RP1460C, all 8.66 in (220 mm) x 6.50 in (165 mm) x 3.35 in (85 mm) deep.

In the RP Series, the gasketed lid with two-piece tongue and groove construction provides protection against oil, dust and water, and the enclosures are designed to meet IP 65. The rubber gasket must be field installed. The lid is secured with self-captivating M3.5 stainless steel machine screws threaded into corrosion resistant bushings.

The RP145GASKET is listed at 8.5 in x 6.3 in x 0.1 in (216 mm x 160 mm x 3 mm). It is REACH and RoHS compliant. The same enclosures accept the optional STC146 plastic and STA146 aluminum inner panels.
