Hammond RP1380BF 110 mm Tall Polycarbonate Watertight Enclosure, Flanged

The RP1380BF is the tallest opaque-lid polycarbonate enclosure in its footprint within the RP Series With Bottom Flange, measuring 186 x 146 x 110 mm (7.32 x 5.75 x 4.33 in). It is suited to engineers who need generous depth for circuit boards and taller components, with the UL94 V-2 flame rating of polycarbonate and a bottom flange for direct mounting.

A gasketed two piece "tongue & groove" lid protects against oil, dust and water, and the box is designed to meet IP65. The rubber gasket is included and field installed. The lid is fastened with self captivating M3.5 stainless steel machine screws (included) that thread into corrosion resistant bushings, allowing repetitive assembly and disassembly. The drawing shows 177.51 mm inside length, 137.51 mm inside width and 103.33 mm inside height. With the flange the enclosure is 219.95 mm long, and the flange holes are 5.20 mm in diameter on 205.00 mm centres. It takes PC boards up to 173 x 134 mm on posts that accept M3 self-tapping screws.

RP1380BF is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships in a bag at 1.15 lbs (0.52 kg), and is supported by inner panels STC128 and STA128, replacement gasket RP128GASKET, and screw packs SC619-50 and SC622-50.
