The RP1375BF is a light gray ABS plastic enclosure measuring 186 x 146 x 90 mm (7.32 x 5.75 x 3.54 in), part of the RP Series With Bottom Flange. It is intended for mounting printed circuit boards or components in locations exposed to dust, oil or water, and its opaque lid and integral bottom flange make it a straightforward surface-mount housing for integrators and OEM builders.
Sealing is provided by a gasketed lid with two piece "tongue & groove" construction, and the enclosure is designed to meet IP65. The rubber gasket is included and installed in the field. Self captivating M3.5 stainless steel machine screws, supplied with the enclosure, thread into corrosion resistant bushings for repeated opening. The ABS body is flame rated UL94 HB, and the lid has a smooth recessed area for a membrane keypad, label or silkscreen.
From the drawing, the inside cavity is 178.21 mm long, 138.21 mm wide and 83.33 mm high. The flange extends the overall length to 219.95 mm and carries 5.20 mm holes on 205.00 mm centres. Boards up to 173 x 134 mm fit, with PC board posts that accept M3 self-tapping screws.
RP1375BF is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships in a bag at 1.1 lbs (0.50 kg). For this size the series lists inner panels STC128 (plastic) and STA128 (aluminum), replacement gasket 2-pack RP128GASKET, lid screw pack SC619-50 and PC board screw pack SC622-50.
