Hammond RP128GASKET 181 x 141 mm Replacement Lid Gasket 2-Pack

The RP128GASKET is a two-pack of replacement lid gaskets for the 186 x 146 mm (7.32 x 5.75 in) RP Series enclosures, the largest footprint in the bottom flange range. The part page gives the gasket size as 181 x 141 x 3 mm (7.13 x 5.55 x 0.1 in), and the short description, RP127/128/137/138 GASKET- 2PK, names the four enclosure families it serves.

The series ordering table lists RP128GASKET in the Replacement Gasket (2-pk) column for the following bottom flange enclosures:

• RP1275BF / RP1275BFC (light gray ABS) and RP1270BF / RP1270BFC (off-white polycarbonate) - 186 mm x 146 mm x 55 mm
• RP1285BF / RP1285BFC (light gray ABS) and RP1280BF / RP1280BFC (off-white polycarbonate) - 186 mm x 146 mm x 75 mm

In the RP Series the lid uses two piece "tongue & groove" construction with a rubber gasket that protects against access of oil, dust and water; the enclosures are designed to meet IP65. The gasket is supplied with each enclosure and must be field installed. The part page lists the gasket size as 7.13 in x 5.55 in x 0.1 in (181 mm x 141 mm x 3 mm). Four heights (55, 75, 90 and 110 mm) share the 186 x 146 mm lid, so this one gasket covers sixteen bottom flange enclosure part numbers in ABS and polycarbonate.

The RP128GASKET is RoHS and REACH compliant, with UPC 623980524122 and UNSPSC 39121301. The inner panels listed for the same enclosures are STC128 (plastic) and STA128 (aluminum), and extra lid screws (SC619-50, M3.5-0.6 x 10mm) and PC board screws (SC622-50, M3 x 6mm) are sold in 50-packs.
