Hammond RH3135 120 x 72 mm Handheld ABS Enclosure, Light Gray

The RH3135 is a 120 x 72 x 25.5 mm (series table) hand-held enclosure from the RH Series, a wider version of the 120 mm size for boards that need extra width. The part page gives a nominal 4.72 x 2.76 x 0.98 in (120 x 70 x 25 mm). It has no battery door; the battery-door version is RH3135A.

It is molded in light gray, lightly textured general purpose ABS with a UL94 HB flammability rating. The lap joint provides some protection against dust accumulation and splashing water, and the removable front panel allows easy modification for I/O.

Maximum P.C. board size is 109.29 x 63.14 mm, mounted on standoffs molded into both halves that accept M2.6 self-tapping screws. The purchased assembly includes the box, lid, 4 PCB screws, end panel and 4 lid screws; recommended torque is (43-50) Ozf.in / (30-35) cN.m.

Spares include SC520-50 cover screws (M2.6 x 18 mm self-tapping), SC519-50 PCB screws and the CP-001G nylon belt clip kit. RH3135 ships bagged at 0.17 lbs (0.08 kg), is REACH and RoHS compliant, and can be factory modified.
