Hammond RCKVD36UBK1 36U Vented Steel Door for RCK Cabinets

The RCKVD36UBK1 is a 36U high-airflow vented door made exclusively for the Hammond RCK cabinet series. It suits IT and AV integrators, facilities teams and OEM engineers who need to enclose a 36U RCK cabinet while keeping front-to-back airflow to passively cooled switches, patching and rack-mount equipment.

The door is built from 16-gauge steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The vented panel provides a 63% perforation open area, with a perforated zone measuring 16.00 in (406 mm) wide by 61.25 in (1556 mm) high on an overall door size of 67.88 in x 23.60 in x 0.85 in (1,724 mm x 599 mm x 22 mm). Shipping weight is 30 lbs (13.61 kg) and the base material is mild steel.

Each RCKVD36UBK1 ships as a complete door assembly: one RCK vented door, one FH333 swing handle key lock, two surface door hinges and two hinge cover plates, plus door mounting hardware. Hinge component hardware is shipped loose. The screw-on hinges can be mounted without access to the inside of the cabinet, and the door can be hung on the left or right to suit the room layout. The handle cutout is compatible with electronic locks if you later move to credentialed access.
