Hammond RCKVD18UBK1 18U Vented Mesh Door for RCK Cabinets

The RCKVD18UBK1 is an 18U vented door built exclusively for use with the Hammond RCK cabinet series. It is intended for IT, AV, and facilities teams who need to close in an 18U wall-mount or floor cabinet while keeping convection and fan-assisted airflow moving through the enclosure. The perforated panel provides 63% perforation open area, making it the high-airflow choice next to the solid (RCKSD18UBK1) and acrylic window (RCKWD18UBK1) versions of the same 18U door.

Construction is 16-gauge steel (mild steel) finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The door measures 36.38 in x 23.6 in x 0.85 in (924 mm x 599 mm x 22 mm) and ships at 18 lbs (8.16 kg). The perforated field spans 16.00 in (406 mm) wide by 29.75 in (756 mm) tall.

RCKVD18UBK1 arrives as a complete door assembly kit: the vented door, a swing handle key lock (FH333) with keys, two surface door hinges, and two hinge cover plates. Hinge components hardware is shipped loose. The screw-on hinges can be mounted without needing access to the inside of the cabinet, and the door can be hung on the left or right to suit the room layout. The handle cutout is compatible with electronic locks if you later move to credentialed access.
