Hammond RCKSD36UBK1 36U Solid Locking Steel Door for RCK Cabinets

The RCKSD36UBK1 is a 36U solid steel locking door made exclusively for use with the Hammond RCK cabinet series. It is intended for IT, AV and facilities teams who need to close off an open RCK cabinet frame to restrict access to equipment, and for OEM and integration work where a secured, finished front or rear enclosure surface is required.

The door is built from 16-gauge steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat. The solid panel style provides a fully closed face, while vented mesh and acrylic window variants are offered elsewhere in the RCKD series for the same 36U cabinet height. Material is mild steel and the assembly ships at 25 lbs (11.34 kg).

Overall size of RCKSD36UBK1 is 67.88 in x 23.6 in x 0.85 in (1,724 mm x 599 mm x 22 mm), matching a 36U RCK cabinet opening. The assembly includes the solid door panel, a swing handle key lock (FH333), two surface door hinges (LH) and two hinge cover plates; hinge components hardware is shipped loose. Door mounting hardware is included, along with the locking swing handle and keys.

Screw-on hinges can be mounted without needing access to the inside of the cabinet, and the door can be hung on the left or right to suit the room layout and service access. The handle cutout is compatible with electronic locks if a credential-based or audited access method is preferred later.

The RCKD series is manufactured in North America, complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, is TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. RCKSD36UBK1 is USMCA compliant with country of origin CA and ECCN EAR99.
