Hammond RCKSD18UBK1 18U Solid Locking Door for RCK Cabinets

RCKSD18UBK1 is an 18U solid front or rear door built exclusively for the Hammond RCK cabinet series. It suits IT and AV integrators, facilities teams and OEM engineers who need to close off an 18U wall-mount or floor cabinet to restrict access to installed equipment, and who prefer a fully solid panel rather than a vented mesh or acrylic window style.

The door is fabricated from 16-gauge steel (mild steel) and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. Overall size is 36.38 in x 23.6 in x 0.85 in (924 mm x 599 mm x 22 mm) and shipping weight is 25 lbs (11.34 kg). The drawing shows an overall profile depth of .84 in (21 mm) at the door face.

Each RCKSD18UBK1 assembly ships with the solid door, a swing handle key lock (FH333), two surface door hinges (LH) and two hinge cover plates. Screw-on hinges let the door be installed without access to the inside of the cabinet, and the door can be hung on the left or right to suit the room layout. Hinge components hardware is shipped loose, and door mounting hardware is included. The handle cutout is compatible with electronic locks if you later change access control methods.
