Hammond RCKVD20UBK1 20U Vented Steel Door for RCK Cabinets

The RCKVD20UBK1 is a 20U vented front door made exclusively for the Hammond RCK cabinet series. It suits IT and AV integrators, facilities teams and OEM engineers who need to enclose a wall-mount or floor-standing RCK cabinet while keeping passive airflow to active networking, server and AV equipment.

The door is built from 16-gauge steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The vented style uses a high-airflow perforated panel with 63% open area; the perforated field measures 16.00 in x 33.25 in (406 mm x 845 mm) within the overall panel size of 39.88 in x 23.60 in x 0.85 in (1,013 mm x 599 mm x 22 mm). Shipping weight is 20 lbs (9.07 kg).

Installation is straightforward: the screw-on surface hinges can be mounted without needing access to the inside of the cabinet, and the door can be hung on the left or right to suit the room layout. A locking swing handle with keys is included, and the handle cutout is compatible with electronic locks if you later move to credential-based access. Door mounting hardware is included, with the hinge components shipped loose.
