Hammond RCKWD12UBK1 12U Smoked Acrylic Window Door for RCK Cabinets

The RCKWD12UBK1 is a 12U window-style door made exclusively for use with the RCK cabinet series. It suits IT and AV integrators, facilities teams and OEM engineers who need a lockable front or rear closure that still allows equipment status LEDs and displays to be seen without opening the cabinet. The window is a smoked acrylic panel set into a steel door frame.

Construction is 16-gauge steel finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The door measures 25.88 in x 23.6 in x 0.85 in (657 mm x 599 mm x 22 mm) with a shipping weight of 18 lbs (8.16 kg), and the drawing shows a smoked acrylic panel section of 16.00 in (406 mm) wide by 19.25 in (489 mm) high.

RCKWD12UBK1 ships as a complete assembly: the plexi door, a swing handle key lock (FH333) and keys, two surface door hinges (LH) and two hinge cover plates, with the hinge components and hardware shipped loose. The screw-on hinges can be mounted without needing access to the inside of the cabinet, and the door can be hung on the left or right to suit the aisle layout. The handle cutout is compatible with electronic locks if a keyless credential system is preferred later.
