It suits IT and AV integrators, facilities teams and OEM engineers who need to close in a 20U wall-mount or floor cabinet while keeping installed equipment, status LEDs and front-panel displays visible without opening the enclosure.
Construction is 16-gauge steel finished in textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat, with a 0.24 in (6 mm) smoked acrylic window panel. Overall size is 39.88 in x 23.6 in x 0.85 in (1,013 mm x 599 mm x 22 mm) and shipping weight is 10 lbs (4.54 kg). The powder coat finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality.
The door ships with a locking swing handle (FH333 key lock) and keys, two surface door hinges, two hinge cover plates and door mounting hardware; hinge components hardware is shipped loose. Screw-on hinges can be mounted without needing access to the inside of the cabinet, and the door can be hung on the left or right to suit the room layout. The handle cutout is compatible with electronic locks if you later move to credentialed access.
