Hammond RCHS1902831BK1 16U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

The RCHS1902831BK1 is a 16U general-purpose rack cabinet with solid side panels, part of the RCH Series knock-down cabinet line. It is intended for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control and automation, lab and development areas, and small IT or network setups where 19-inch equipment needs a self-contained, flexible home.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in textured RAL9005 Black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet ships knocked down for easier handling and protection, and its self-squaring design allows quick assembly with minimal hardware. Two black plastic lifting handles, PVC non-marking feet, and a starter pack of 10-32 screws with 16 clip nuts are included.

Overall dimensions are 30.00 in H x 21.00 in W x 31.50 in D (762 x 533 x 800 mm), with 16U of usable mounting height (28.00 in / 711 mm), 19.00 in (483 mm) usable mounting width and 30.25 in (768 mm) usable mounting depth. Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole combo rails (four rails supplied) accept standard rack-mount equipment using 10-32 clip nuts.

Because the RCH structure accepts optional panels and doors, RCHS1902831BK1 can be configured for the access and airflow your equipment requires; matching 16U doors and additional mounting rail pairs are available in the series, as is an optional caster kit. Note that this product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.

The cabinet is manufactured in North America (Country of Origin: CA), is TAA-compliant and USMCA compliant, and meets RoHS and REACH requirements, supporting government and regulated procurement needs.
