Hammond RCHS1902831LG1 16U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

RCHS1902831LG1 is a 16U knock-down rack cabinet with solid side panels, built for mounting standard 19-inch equipment in AV, test and measurement, lab and light IT installations. It ships unassembled for easier transport and handling, then goes together with a self-squaring design using minimal hardware. Finished in RAL7035 Light Gray textured powder coat, it suits equipment rooms, labs and control areas where a straightforward, configurable cabinet is needed.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, giving reliable support for AV, lab and light IT gear. The cabinet includes two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails with a starter pack of 10-32 screws and clip nuts (16 included on this model), plus PVC non-marking feet and two black plastic lifting handles. The open cabinet structure accepts optional panels and doors so the configuration can be adapted for ventilation and access.

Overall dimensions are 30.00 in x 21.00 in x 31.50 in (762 mm x 533 mm x 800 mm), with usable mounting space of 28.00 in (711 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 30.25 in (768 mm) deep, which is 16U of rack space. The 19-inch mounting opening measures 17.81 in (452 mm). Shipping weight is 92 lbs (41.73 kg).
