Hammond RB-CW4 4U Compact Wall-Mount Rack Bracket, 60 lb

The RB-CW4 is a 4U compact wall-mount rack bracket that lets you mount 19-inch rack equipment directly to a wall in low-density network and telecom environments. It is aimed at IT and low-voltage integrators, electricians and facilities teams who need to support patch panels, switches and other lightweight rack gear without the size or cost of a full rack or cabinet.

Construction is a 16-gauge steel body with 12-gauge rails rated for a 60 lb capacity. The mild steel parts are finished in a RAL9005 black powder coat described as GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant, for a low-emitting, corrosion-resistant finish suited to indoor installations. The open frame keeps equipment accessible for installation, service and cable routing.

RB-CW4 provides 4U of tapped 10-32 rail space with a 19.00 in mounting width, 7.00 in mounting height and 20.00 in mounting depth. Overall dimensions are 7.05 in (179 mm) high by 19.36 in (492 mm) wide by 22.00 in (559 mm) deep, with a nominal listed size of 7.05 x 19.75 x 22 in and a shipping weight of 22.9 lbs (10.39 kg). The drawing shows three possible rail mounting depths (15.44, 17.19 and 18.94 in), including an optional rear rail placement.

Each RB-CW4 ships with the body section, lid/cover, four 10-24 x 3/8 in screws for the lid, one pair of URR4U mounting rails with 1/4-20 machine screws and nuts, and ten 10-32 x 0.75 in rack mounting screws (SCREW1032-10). Wall mounting hardware is not included. The part is TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America (country of origin CA), USMCA compliant and REACH compliant, and is part of the Rack Basics line.
