Hammond RB-CW6 6U Compact Wall Mount Rack Bracket, 60 lb

The RB-CW6 is a 6U compact wall-mount rack bracket built for mounting 19-inch rack equipment directly to a wall in low-density network and telecom environments. It is aimed at IT and low-voltage integrators, electricians and facilities teams who need to support patch panels, switches and other lightweight rack gear without the size or cost of a full rack or cabinet.

Construction is a 16-gauge steel body with 12-gauge rails rated for a 60 lb capacity. The mild steel body is finished in RAL9005 black powder coat, described by the manufacturer as GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant, for a low-emitting, corrosion-resistant finish suited to indoor installations. The supplied URR6U rail pair is tapped 10-32, and the drawing shows possible rail mounting depths as well as an optional rear rail placement position.

Overall dimensions are 10.55 in x 19.36 in x 22.00 in (268 mm x 492 mm x 559 mm), with a nominal listed size of 10.55 in x 19.75 in x 22 in. Mounting dimensions are 10.50 in high (10.00 in / 254 mm of 6U usable rail height), 19.00 in wide and 20.00 in deep, with 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting spacing. Shipping weight is 25.5 lbs (11.57 kg).

Each RB-CW6 ships with the body section, lid/cover, four 10-24 x 3/8 in lid screws, one pair of URR6U rails with four 1/4-20 x 0.5 in machine screws and four 1/4-20 nuts, plus a SCREW1032-10 pack of ten 10-32 x 0.75 in rack screws. Wall mounting hardware is not included. The RB-CW6 is TAA-compliant, USMCA compliant, REACH and RoHS compliant, and made in Canada as part of the Rack Basics line.
