Hammond RB-CW2 2U Compact Wall Mount Rack Bracket, 60 lb

The RB-CW2 is a 2U compact wall-mount rack bracket built for mounting 19-inch rack equipment directly to a wall in low-density network and telecom environments. It is aimed at IT and low-voltage installers, AV integrators and facilities teams who need to support a patch panel, a small switch or other lightweight gear without the size or cost of a full rack or cabinet.

Construction is a 16-gauge mild steel body with 12-gauge rails, rated for a 60 lb equipment capacity. The finish is a black powder coat in RAL9005 that is GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant, providing a low-emitting, corrosion-resistant surface suited to indoor installations. The included rail pair is tapped 10-32, so equipment can be fastened directly without cage nuts.

Overall dimensions are 3.55 in high x 19.36 in wide x 22.00 in deep (90 x 492 x 559 mm), with a nominal listed size of 3.55 x 19.75 x 22 in. Mounting dimensions are 3.50 in high x 19.00 in wide x 20.00 in deep (89 x 483 x 508 mm) for 2U of usable rack space. The drawing shows three possible rail mounting depths of 15.44 in, 17.19 in and 18.94 in, plus an optional rear rail placement, so the RB-CW2 can be set up to suit the depth of the equipment being installed.

Each RB-CW2 ships with the body section, lid/cover, four 10-24 x 3/8 in lid screws, one pair of URR2U rails with 1/4-20 machine screws and nuts, and ten 10-32 x 0.75 in rack mounting screws (SCREW1032-10). Wall mounting hardware is not included. The unit is TAA compliant and manufactured in North America, with USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliance for procurement-driven projects.
