Hammond PPFS19010LG2 6U Perforated Vented Rack Panel, Light Gray

PPFS19010LG2 is a 6U perforated rack panel for standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It covers unused rack space while allowing air to pass through the vented pattern, making it a practical choice for IT, AV and telecom teams managing airflow in server cabinets, network racks and open-frame relay racks.

The panel is made of 16-gauge mild steel and finished in a smooth powder coat in RAL7035 semi-gloss light gray for a clean, uniform rack face. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting environmental and durability requirements, and the panel is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America to support government procurement.

Usable mounting dimensions are 10.50 in (267 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide with a 0.50 in (13 mm) depth, equal to 6 rack units. The drawing shows an overall width of 19.00 in (483 mm) with a 18.32 in (465 mm) dimension between mounting flange edges, a panel face measuring 7.50 in (190 mm) by 10.47 in (266 mm), 0.12 in (3 mm) corner radii and material thickness of .06 in (1 mm). Eight 0.250 x 0.375 in (6 mm x 10 mm) mounting slots and 0.18 in (4 mm) holes are provided for rack attachment; mounting hardware is not included.

Because the perforated pattern allows approximately 25% airflow, PPFS19010LG2 helps balance ventilation and containment rather than fully blocking a rack opening, which suits high-density racks and installations using active cooling strategies.
