Hammond PMB110127KIT1 127 mm Small Clamp 7" Pole Mount Kit, 110

The PMB110127KIT1 is the 110–127 mm stainless steel pole mount kit with the small clamp (HCLAMP1). It mounts larger members of the 1554/1555, 1555F, 1590Z and 1590ZGRP enclosure families to poles from 1.5 in to 7 in (3.8 cm to 17.8 cm) in diameter, and it can also be mounted to square or rectangular shapes according to the drawing.

Each kit includes 2 brackets, 2 clamps and hardware, all stainless steel, with multiple hardware packs so you can choose what fits the base holes of your enclosure. The listed 1554/1555 and 1555RF enclosures use M4-0.7 x 20mm screws (replacement SCPMB1-20: M4-0.7 x 20mm SHCS and M4-0.7 serrated flange lock nuts), while the listed 1590Z and 1590ZGRP enclosures use the longer M6-1.0 x 40mm screws (replacement SCPMB3-20: M6-1 x 40mm SHCS and M6-1.0 serrated flange lock nuts).

Install M4 hardware with a 3 mm hex key and 7 mm nut drive, or M6 hardware with a 5 mm hex key and 10 mm nut drive, torqued to 150 cN.m (13.5 lbf.in). Then wrap the clamps around the pole, thread them back through the bracket and tighten with a 5/16 in (8 mm) nut drive.

The PMB110127KIT1 bracket is 157.00 mm [6.18 in] overall on the drawing. It ships in a bag weighing 1.14 lbs (0.52 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant; the 15 in version is PMB110127KIT2.
