PMB110127KIT2 pairs the 110–127 mm stainless steel brackets with the large clamp (HCLAMP2), giving a pole diameter range of 1.5 in to 15 in (3.8 cm to 38.1 cm). It is intended for installers who need to mount the listed 1554/1555, 1555RF, 1590Z and 1590ZGRP enclosures on wide poles, and the drawing notes it can also be mounted to square or rectangular shapes.
The kit contains 2 brackets, 2 clamps and hardware, all in stainless steel. Two hardware options are covered: M4-0.7 x 20mm screws for the listed 1554/1555 and 1555RF enclosures, replaceable with SCPMB1-20 (20 M4-0.7 x 20mm SHCS plus 20 M4-0.7 serrated flange lock nuts), and M6-1.0 x 40mm screws for the listed 1590Z and 1590ZGRP enclosures, replaceable with SCPMB3-20 (20 M6-1 x 40mm SHCS plus 20 M6-1.0 serrated flange lock nuts).
Listed enclosures: non-flanged 1554/55Q, QA, R, S, V, VA, VAL and VB; flanged 1555RF; 1590Z160, 1590Z162 and 1590Z166; and 1590ZGRP161, 1590ZGRP162 and 1590ZGRP163.
Use a 3 mm hex key with a 7 mm nut drive for M4 hardware, or a 5 mm hex key with a 10 mm nut drive for M6 hardware, torquing to 150 cN.m (13.5 lbf.in). Wrap the clamps around the pole, feed them back through the bracket, and while holding the enclosure against the pole tighten them with a 5/16 in (8 mm) nut drive.
The bracket measures 157.00 mm [6.18 in] overall on the drawing. PMB110127KIT2 ships in a bag at 1.27 lbs (0.58 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The 7 in small-clamp version is PMB110127KIT1.
