PJU201610HWF is a 20 x 16 x 10 in Type 4X polyester enclosure with a hinged screw cover, a polycarbonate viewing window and flange mounting. It suits panel shops and facilities teams housing larger instrument, junction or control assemblies in wet, hosed-down, hot or corrosive locations where the contents should stay visible.
Compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester forms both box and cover, finished light gray with enhanced UV inhibitors. The door is carried on a continuous stainless steel hinge pin and closed by two stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-rings in #10-32 brass inserts. A captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket provides the seal.
The enclosure measures 20.50 in H x 16.27 in W x 10.13 in D (521 x 413 x 257 mm). Two glued polycarbonate flanges fasten to rear brass inserts with stainless steel screws; the drawing shows 22.00 in overall height with flanges, 21.28 in vertical hole spacing and four 0.32 in holes.
The optional P2068 inner panel, 18.44 x 14.44 in, mounts on brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws. The PJU201610HWF is UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, IEC 60529 IP66, REACH and RoHS compliant, and rated for -40°C to 130°C.
