PJU201610LWF is a flange-mount, 20 x 16 x 10 in Type 4X polyester enclosure whose hinged polycarbonate window cover closes with two stainless steel lockable snap latches. It serves electricians and OEM builders who need regular, tool-free door access to instruments, terminals or controls, plus a clear view of them with the door shut.
The box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in light gray with enhanced UV inhibitors against outdoor weathering. A continuous stainless steel hinge pin supports the door, and a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket delivers the seal needed for hose-down and very wet locations.

The two polycarbonate flanges are glued on and fastened with stainless steel screws into #10-32 brass inserts. Four further brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws hold the optional inner panel, and the polyester is easily punched, cut or drilled.
The PJU201610LWF is UL 508A and cUL listed Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, complies with IEC 60529 IP66, is REACH and RoHS compliant, and operates from -40°C to 130°C.
