PJU201610WF is a 20 x 16 x 10 in Type 4X polyester junction box with a removable window screw cover and two polycarbonate mounting flanges. Installers choose it when they want complete front access for terminations, a window for checking instruments or indicators, and a flange mount instead of feet.
Box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester with a light gray finish and enhanced UV inhibitors. Four stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-rings thread into #10-32 brass inserts, drawing the cover onto a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket. The window is polycarbonate, and the enclosure is easily punched, cut or drilled.
The enclosure measures 20.50 in H x 16.27 in W x 10.13 in D (521 x 413 x 257 mm). The glued flanges fasten to rear brass inserts with stainless steel screws; per the drawing, overall height with flanges is 22.00 in, vertical hole spacing is 21.28 in and the four holes are 0.32 in.
Inside, brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws accept the optional P2068 inner panel (18.44 x 14.44 in). The PJU201610WF is UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, complies with IEC 60529 IP66, is REACH and RoHS compliant, ships at 18 lbs (8.16 kg), and operates from -40°C to 130°C.
