PJU14126CCHF is a flange-mount Type 4X junction box with a clear polycarbonate cover, part of the PJU Series of fiberglass polyester enclosures with continuous hinges and screw-fastened covers. It is aimed at control panel builders and maintenance teams who need to see inside an enclosure installed in wet, hot or corrosive surroundings.
The body is compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors, and it is easily punched, cut or drilled. The clear cover uses a molded hinge with a stainless steel pin, captive stainless steel screws in #10-32 brass inserts with retaining O-rings, and a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket.
The enclosure measures 14.05 in x 12.27 in x 6.13 in (357 x 312 x 156 mm) and ships at 6 lbs (2.72 kg). Two polycarbonate flanges are glued to the back, and the drawing gives a flange slot distance of 14.62 in (371.35 mm) minimum to 14.75 in (374.65 mm) maximum. Flange screws are stainless steel, threading into #10-32 brass inserts, and mounting hardware is included.
For internal equipment, the optional 14R1311 inner panel is 12.75 in x 10.88 in (324 x 276 mm). Series ratings are UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 with IEC 60529 IP66 compliance and an operating range of -40°C to 130°C. The PJU14126CCHF is REACH and RoHS compliant.
