Hammond PJ14126P25 25-Hole 30.5mm Lift Off Cover Pushbutton Enclosure

The PJ14126P25 is a 25-hole fiberglass polyester pushbutton enclosure for 30.5mm devices with a lift off screw cover. In the PJPBLC Series, it gives controls integrators room for a large array of operators in a non-metallic housing that provides outstanding insulation and protection where equipment may be hosed down or be very wet.

Its box and matching cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester with a gray finish, and are easily punched, cut, or drilled. The cover is secured by four captive stainless steel screws with retaining O-rings threaded into #10-32 brass inserts, with a captive oil resistant gasket (closed cell neoprene on the drawing) providing a positive seal. Enhanced UV inhibitors protect it against outdoor weathering, and the series is intended for high-temperature or highly corrosive environments.

Stainless steel mounting feet and hardware are provided for mounting to the rear, and internal brass inserts take the optional inner panel or a terminal kit. The hinged version is PJ14126HP25.

The series is listed to UL 508A and CSA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and complies with NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529, IP66. Operating temperatures range from 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F), the impact index is 6.78J (5 ft/lb), and the PJ14126P25 is RoHS and REACH compliant.
