The PJ16148P30 is a lift off cover pushbutton enclosure with thirty 30.5mm holes in a 16.27 x 14.40 x 8.13 in fiberglass polyester body. From the PJPBLC Series, it provides outstanding insulation and protection where equipment may be hosed down or be very wet, and is suited to high-temperature or highly corrosive environments, making it a fit for large machine operator panels.
Box and matching cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester with a gray finish, easily punched, cut, or drilled. Four captive stainless steel screws with retaining O-rings hold the cover in #10-32 threaded brass inserts, and a captive oil resistant gasket (closed cell neoprene per the drawing) provides a positive seal. Enhanced UV inhibitors protect against outdoor weathering.
Dimensions are 16.27 in H x 14.40 in W x 8.13 in D (413 mm x 366 mm x 207 mm), with a shipping weight of 12 lbs (5.44 kg). Stainless steel mounting feet and hardware are provided for rear mounting. The optional 14R1513 inner panel (14.75 in x 12.88 in) mounts on internal threaded brass inserts, which also accept a terminal kit. Choose PJ16148HP30 if you prefer a hinged cover.
