Hammond PJ14126HP25 25-Hole 30.5mm Hinged Fiberglass Pushbutton Box

The PJ14126HP25 is a 25-hole pushbutton enclosure for 30.5mm devices with a hinged screw cover, measuring 14.13 x 12.26 x 6.13 in. It is part of the PJPBLC Series and is intended for large operator stations on machinery that may be hosed down or be very wet, or in high-temperature or highly corrosive environments.

The box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in gray, easily punched, cut, or drilled. The cover pivots on a stainless steel hinge and fastens with two captive stainless steel screws with retaining O-rings into #10-32 brass inserts, sealing on a captive oil resistant gasket (closed cell neoprene per the drawing). Enhanced UV inhibitors protect against outdoor weathering.

Enclosure dimensions are 14.13 in H x 12.26 in W x 6.13 in D (359 mm x 311 mm x 156 mm); the long description gives 15.076 x 13.201 x 6.125. It ships at 9 lbs (4.08 kg). Four stainless steel mounting feet attach at the rear, and internal threaded brass inserts accept the optional 14R1311 inner panel (12.75 in x 10.88 in) or a terminal kit. The series is listed to UL 508A and CSA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and complies with NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529, IP66. Rated operating temperatures are 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F), with an impact index of 6.78J (5 ft/lb). The PJ14126HP25 is RoHS and REACH compliant.
