The PJ12126RH is a 12.13 in H x 12.13 in W x 6.13 in D (308 x 308 x 156 mm) Type 4X wallmount enclosure with a raised solid cover on a continuous 316 stainless steel hinge (part page size 12.32 x 12.32 x 6 in / 313 x 313 x 152 mm). The hinged door stays with the box, which helps when the enclosure is serviced often as an instrument enclosure, control housing, junction box or terminal wiring enclosure.
It is molded from fiberglass reinforced polyester using compression molding for box and cover, finished gray and protected by enhanced UV inhibitors. Walls are 0.13 in (3.30 mm) and easy to punch, cut or drill. Rated operating temperatures run from 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F), with an impact index of 6.78 J (5 ft/lb).
Two 316 stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-rings close the door into #10-32 brass inserts, the fasteners allow padlocking, and a captive oil resistant FIP polyurethane gasket seals the lid for wet and hose-down locations.
The PJ12126RH is UL 508A and cUL (CSA 22.2 No. 94) Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, complies with IEC 60529 IP66, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Four 316 stainless steel feet mount it, and the optional 14R1111 inner panel (10.75 x 10.88 in / 273 x 276 mm) fits inside. Shipping weight is 8 lbs (3.63 kg).
