The PJ12124RW is a square 12.13 in H x 12.13 in W x 4.13 in D (308 x 308 x 105 mm) Type 4X enclosure with a raised lift-off cover carrying a bonded polycarbonate viewing window. Compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester forms both box and cover, finished gray with enhanced UV inhibitors. The 0.13 in (3.30 mm) walls are easily punched, cut or drilled, with a 6.78 J (5 ft/lb) impact index and a 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F) operating range.
The window cover is held by four 316 stainless steel captive screws with retaining O-rings in #10-32 brass inserts and seals on a captive oil resistant FIP polyurethane gasket, suiting hose-down, very wet and highly corrosive environments.
It is UL 508A and cUL (CSA 22.2 No. 94) Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, IEC 60529 IP66, and RoHS and REACH compliant. Four 316 stainless steel feet mount to rear brass inserts, and the PJ12124RW accepts the optional 14R1111 inner panel at 10.75 x 10.88 in (273 x 276 mm). Shipping weight is 7 lbs (3.18 kg).
