Hammond PJ12124RHW 12x12x4 in Hinged Window Cover Fiberglass Enclosure

The PJ12124RHW gives you a shallow, square fiberglass polyester enclosure with a raised hinged cover and a bonded polycarbonate viewing window, so gauges, displays or indicator lights stay visible while the enclosure stays sealed. Dimensions are 12.13 in H x 12.13 in W x 4.13 in D (308 x 308 x 105 mm) per the ordering table, with a part page size of 12.32 x 12.32 x 4 in (313 x 313 x 102 mm).

It is built from compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, finished gray and UV inhibited for outdoor weathering. The 0.13 in (3.30 mm) walls are easily punched, cut or drilled, the rated impact index is 6.78 J (5 ft/lb) and the operating range runs from 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F).

The window door swings on a continuous 316 stainless steel hinge and is secured by two stainless steel captive screws with retaining O-rings into #10-32 brass inserts, with a provision for padlocking. A captive oil resistant FIP polyurethane gasket provides a positive seal.

The PJ12124RHW is UL 508A and cUL (CSA 22.2 No. 94) Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, complies with IEC 60529 IP66, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Four 316 stainless steel mounting feet attach at the rear, and the 14R1111 inner panel (10.75 x 10.88 in) is optional. Shipping weight is 7 lbs (3.18 kg).
