For control housings and instrument enclosures where indicators must remain visible, the PJ12106RTW combines a 12.13 x 10.26 x 6.13 in (308 x 261 x 156 mm) Type 4X wallmount body with a raised cover fitted with a bonded polycarbonate viewing window. It is built for hose-down and very wet locations and for high-temperature or highly corrosive environments.
The enclosure is compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, box and cover, in gray with enhanced UV inhibitors against outdoor weathering, and it can be easily punched, cut or drilled. The drawing details two 316 stainless steel lockable twist latches, a 316 stainless steel hinge, a FIP polyurethane gasket and a 0.14 in (3.55 mm) wall. Padlocking is provided for on the door fasteners.

- Back panel stock: 0.100 in aluminum, 0.075 in white steel and galvannealed, 0.125 in fiberglass

The PJ12106RTW is listed to UL 508A and cUL (CSA 22.2 No. 94) Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, complies with NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, and is REACH and RoHS compliant. Operating range is 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F), impact index 6.78J (5 ft/lb), shipping weight 7 lbs (3.18 kg). Mounting hardware is included; PJ12106RT is the solid-lid equivalent.
