Hammond PBPS19017LG2 10U Solid Steel Blanking Panel, Light Gray

The PBPS19017LG2 is a 10U flat steel rack panel from the PBPS Series of solid blanking panels, made to close off unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for data center, telecom and network technicians who need to block open rack units so conditioned supply air is forced through equipment instead of recirculating around it.

Construction is solid mild steel at 14 gauge (0.072 in), so the panel stays flat across its full 10U span and provides a rigid, continuous barrier rather than a perforated or vented face. The finish is a smooth powder coat in RAL7035 light gray, giving a clean, uniform appearance across a rack front; matte black, ANSI61 dark gray and matte white versions are also offered in the series. The powder coat is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

This size covers 10 rack units, with a panel height of 17.50 in (445 mm). The drawing shows a 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width, 18.32 in (465 mm) and 17.47 in (444 mm) panel dimensions, and 3 mm (0.12 in) corner radii. Mounting uses 8 points with 0.250 x 0.375 in slots, allowing the panel to be secured top and bottom for a taller blanked section. Mounting hardware is not included. Shipping weight is 7 lbs (3.18 kg).
