Hammond PBPS19017WH 10U Solid Steel Rack Blanking Panel, Matte White

The PBPS19017WH is a 10U solid steel rack blanking panel finished in RAL9003 matte white, made to cover unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It suits data center, server room, telecom and network installations where open rack units let hot and cold air mix and reduce cooling efficiency.

The panel is formed from 14-gauge mild steel (0.072 in) with a smooth powder coat finish for a clean, professional appearance. The solid face blocks airflow gaps, supporting proper front-to-rear cooling and helping prevent air recirculation in high-density racks and hot aisle / cold aisle containment layouts. Corners are radiused at R 0.12 in (3 mm).

This size occupies 10 rack units, with a nominal panel height of 17.50 in (445 mm) and a drawing height of 17.47 in (444 mm). Overall mounting width across the flanges is 19.00 in (483 mm), with a panel face width of 18.32 in (465 mm). Eight mounting points are provided through 0.250 x 0.375 in slots, so the panel can be secured along its height to stay flat against the rails. Mounting hardware is not included. Shipping weight is 7 lbs (3.18 kg).
