Hammond PBPS19017GY2 10U Solid Steel Rack Blanking Panel, Dark Gray

The PBPS19017GY2 is a 10U solid steel rack blanking panel finished in ANSI61 dark gray, made to cover unused rack space in a standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack. It is intended for data center, telecom and network teams who need to close off open rack units so conditioned air is directed through equipment instead of leaking around it.

Construction is mild steel at 14 gauge (0.072 in), a solid flat panel with no perforations so it blocks airflow gaps and supports proper front-to-rear cooling. The smooth powder coat finish gives a clean, uniform appearance across a rack elevation, and the coating is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Matching parts are offered in RAL9005 matte black, RAL7035 light gray and RAL9003 matte white for color-coordinated installations.

This panel covers 10 rack units with a panel height of 17.50 in (445 mm). Drawing dimensions show an overall panel width of 18.32 in (465 mm) and a panel face height of 17.47 in (444 mm), mounting into 19.00 in (483 mm) rack rails. Eight 0.250 x 0.375 in mounting slots are provided, four per side, for secure attachment along the full height of the panel. Shipping weight is 6.75 lbs (3.06 kg).
