Hammond PBPS19008LG2 5U Solid Steel Rack Blanking Panel, Light Gray

PBPS19008LG2 is a 5U solid steel rack blanking panel finished in RAL7035 light gray, made to cover unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for IT and network teams, data center operators, telecom installers and integrators who need to close open rack units to control airflow and tidy up a rack front.

The panel is formed from 14-gauge mild steel (0.072 in) and carries a smooth powder coat finish for a clean, professional appearance. The powder coat is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the panel is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility.

As a 5U part, PBPS19008LG2 has a panel height of 8.75 in (222 mm), with a drawing panel height of 8.72 in (221 mm) and a panel width of 18.32 in (465 mm). Overall width across the mounting flanges is 19.00 in (483 mm). The flanges carry four 0.250 x 0.375 in mounting slots, giving 4 mounting points, and corners are radiused 0.12 in (3 mm). Shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg).

Installation is straightforward: align the panel with the rack rail hole pattern and secure it through the four slots. Mounting hardware is not included, so rack screws or cage nut hardware should be specified separately.
