Hammond PBPS19007BK 4U Solid Steel Rack Blanking Panel, Matte Black

The PBPS19007BK is a 4U solid steel rack blanking panel finished in RAL9005 matte black, built to cover unused rack space in standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for IT and network teams, AV and telecom integrators, and facilities staff who need to close open rack units so cooling air follows the intended front-to-rear path instead of recirculating around equipment.

The panel is formed from 14-gauge mild steel and finished with a smooth powder coat for a clean, professional appearance in customer-facing and production racks alike. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the part is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility. The part is also USMCA compliant and REACH compliant.

PBPS19007BK occupies 4 rack units, with a panel height of 7.00 in (178 mm) and an overall drawing width of 19.00 in (483 mm). Mounting is through four 0.250 x 0.375 in slots, giving 4 mounting points that align with standard rack rail hole patterns. Shipping weight is 3 lbs (1.36 kg).
