Hammond PBPS19005BK 3U Solid Steel Rack Blanking Panel, Matte Black

The PBPS19005BK is a 3U flat steel rack panel used to close off unused rack space in standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for data center, telecom and network installers who need to block open rack units so that conditioned supply air moves front-to-rear through equipment instead of recirculating around it.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel (0.072 in) with a smooth powder coat finish in RAL9005 Matte Black. The solid, unvented face blocks airflow gaps and provides durable coverage in high-density rack environments, while the powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant for a clean appearance and long-term durability.

This panel occupies 3 rack units with a panel height of 5.25 in (133 mm); the drawing shows an overall panel height of 5.22 in (133 mm), an overall width of 19.00 in (483 mm) across the mounting flanges and an 18.32 in (465 mm) panel face width. There are 4 mounting points using 0.250 x 0.375 in slots. Shipping weight is 2.08 lbs (0.94 kg). Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws separately.
