PBPS19003LG2 is a 2U flat steel rack panel used to cover unused rack space in 19 in equipment racks. It is intended for IT and network integrators, data center and facilities teams, and OEM engineers who need to block open rack units so that conditioned supply air is not allowed to recirculate through empty spaces in the rack front.

The panel is formed from 14-gauge mild steel (0.072 in) and finished in a smooth powder coat in RAL7035 light gray. The solid, unvented face blocks airflow gaps to support proper front-to-rear cooling, while the steel construction provides durable coverage in high-density rack environments. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the panel is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility.

This size occupies 2U of rack height, with a panel height of 3.50 in (89 mm) and an overall width of 19.00 in (483 mm) to fit standard EIA-compliant 19 in rack rails. It is secured through four 0.250 x 0.375 mounting slots, giving 4 mounting points per panel. Shipping weight is 1.32 lbs (0.60 kg).
