Hammond PBPS19003WH 2U Solid Steel Rack Blanking Panel, Matte White

The PBPS19003WH is a 2U solid steel rack blanking panel finished in matte white (RAL9003), designed to cover unused rack space in standard 19 in EIA-compliant racks and cabinets. It is intended for IT and network teams, data center operators, telecom installers and AV integrators who need to close open rack units so that cooling air follows the intended front-to-rear path instead of recirculating through empty spaces.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel (0.072 in material thickness) with a smooth powder coat finish, giving a rigid, flat panel that holds its shape across the full rack width and presents a clean, uniform face. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the panel is TAA compliant and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility.

This 2U size measures 3.50 in (89 mm) of panel height and 19.00 in (483 mm) wide overall, with a shipping weight of 1.4 lbs (0.64 kg). Mounting is through four 0.250 x 0.375 in slots — four mounting points in total — which align with standard EIA rack rail hole patterns. Mounting hardware is not included, so rack screws or cage nut hardware should be specified separately to match your rails.
