Hammond HWC3018UTR 18U Tapped 10-32 Mounting Rail Pair, 30in Wide

HWC3018UTR is a pair of 18U tapped 10-32 mounting rails sized for 30" wide HWC Series swing-out wall-mount rack cabinets. It is intended for integrators, telecom technicians and facilities teams who need to add a second set of 19" rack rails inside an existing 18U, 30" wide HWC cabinet for additional equipment mounting positions, or to replace the rails already fitted.

The rails are formed from mild steel with a black painted thin-film finish, and are sold as a pair (two HWC rails, tapped). Each rail carries 10-32 tapped holes on typical E.I.A. spacing with U-marks for quick rack-unit identification, giving 18U of mounting height over a 31.00 in (787 mm) rail length and a 19" mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm).

Detailing includes a cable pass-through, a square-hole cutout for cage nuts and a cutout for 1U mounting, so the rails support organised cable routing and the 1U 19" accessories the HWC Series is designed around, such as cable management and power distribution. In the HWC Series, 10-32 threaded rails are field-replaceable and can be swapped for square-hole rails (the HWC3018USR is the square-hole equivalent for the same 18U, 30" wide cabinet).

HWC3018UTR is listed with the standards markings culus, pci, zone4 and taa-compliant under UL file number E474597, and is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant, made in Canada. Shipping weight is 7.9 lbs (3.58 kg). Equipment mounting hardware is not included with this rail pair.
