Hammond H1BS3048BK 30W 48D Solid Bottom Panel with Knockouts, Black

The H1BS3048BK is a solid steel bottom panel designed specifically for H1 series cabinet frames measuring 30 in or 31.5 in wide by 48 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that data center, IT and AV teams can manage airflow properly, while still routing cable bundles into the enclosure through factory knockouts.

The panel is formed from 14 gauge mild steel and finished in a black textured powder paint coat (RAL9005), which complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. Six 4.00 x 7.00 inch cable entry knockouts are provided in the panel, so only the openings you need are removed during installation. Overall panel dimensions on the drawing are 41.86 in (1063 mm) by 32.36 in (822 mm), with a 0.07 in (2 mm) material call-out, and the shipping weight is 22 lbs (9.98 kg).

Mounting hardware is included in the box: six 8-32 clip nuts with a black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, the same contents as the CLPKIT832-6 replacement hardware kit. Mounting holes are provided in the panel, including 8 holes at 0.22 in (6 mm) and 24 holes at 0.20 in (5 mm).
