Hammond H1BS2448WH Solid Bottom Panel for 24W x 48D Cabinets, White

The H1BS2448WH is a solid bottom panel designed specifically for Hammond H1 cabinet frames measuring 24 in wide by 48 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that air is drawn through intended paths rather than leaking under the frame, making it a useful part for IT and AV integrators, data centre and facilities teams managing cabinet airflow, and OEM engineers building enclosed cabinet assemblies.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in RAL9003 white powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The panel is a solid sheet with six 4.00 x 7.00 inch knock-out cable entries, so cable pathways can be opened only where needed and the remainder of the base stays sealed. Panel dimensions from the drawing are 32.36 in (822 mm) by 41.86 in (1063 mm) with a 0.07 in (2 mm) front profile, and mounting holes are provided as 24 x 0.22 in (6 mm) and 8 x 0.22 in (6 mm) knock-out patterns.

Mounting hardware is included in the box: six 8-32 clip nuts with black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, matching replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. Each H1BS2448WH ships with one bottom panel and that hardware set, with a shipping weight of 17.1 lbs (7.76 kg).
