Hammond H1BS3042BK 30W 42D Solid Steel Bottom Panel, Black

The H1BS3042BK is a solid bottom panel from the H1B Series, made specifically for H1 cabinet frames measuring 30 in or 31.5 in wide by 42 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that airflow can be managed and directed through the intended paths, making it a practical addition for IT, AV and facilities teams building out data cabinets, network closets and equipment rooms.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel with an overall panel footprint of 26.36 in (669 mm) by 35.86 in (911 mm) and a material thickness of 0.07 in (2 mm). The panel is finished in RAL9005 black textured powder paint coat, a finish that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. Shipping weight is 18.7 lbs (8.48 kg).

Six 4.00 x 7.00 inch knockouts are provided for cable entry, so bottom-feed power and data pathways can be opened only where they are needed and the remaining area stays enclosed. The panel also includes eight 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter holes and twenty-four 0.20 in (5 mm) diameter holes for mounting and attachment.

Mounting hardware is included in the box: each H1BS3042BK ships with the bottom panel plus six 8-32 clip nuts (black oxide finish) and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, available separately as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6.
