The H1BS3042WH is a solid bottom panel for Hammond H1 cabinet frames, finished in RAL9003 white powder paint. It is designed for cabinets 30 in or 31.5 in wide by 42 in deep, and is intended for IT, AV and facilities teams who need to close off the base of a cabinet for airflow management while still routing cable into the enclosure.
Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, and the panel includes six 4.00 x 7.00 inch knock-out cable entries so only the openings you actually need are removed. Overall drawing dimensions are 27.50 in (698 mm) by 35.86 in (911 mm), with a 26.36 in (669 mm) reference width and a nominal 30 in wide by 42 in deep cabinet fit. Panel thickness on the drawing is .07 in (2 mm). Shipping weight is 18.7 lbs (8.48 kg).
Mounting hardware is included in the box: six 8-32 clip nuts in a black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc-plated machine screws, available separately as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. The panel carries 8X .22 in (6 mm) and 24X .20 in (5 mm) holes for attachment and clip-nut placement.
