Hammond FT600HA1220BK 600 CFM 220V 1U Fan Tray With Switch

The FT600HA1220BK is a 1U rack mount fan tray with six thermally protected ball-bearing fans delivering 600 CFM of free-flow air, wired for 220 VAC (50/60 Hz) operation and fitted with an illuminated on/off power switch. It is intended for IT, telecom, AV, broadcast and industrial automation teams that need to move heat out of a loaded rack without modifying the cabinet.

Unlike cabinet-mounted fan kits, this tray installs directly into the rack, so airflow can be placed exactly where it is needed: at the bottom of the cabinet as an intake, at the top as an exhaust, or immediately beneath a heat-producing switch or server for spot cooling. Integrated finger guards above and below the fans improve safety while keeping airflow unrestricted, and a resettable circuit breaker helps safeguard the tray during operation.

Construction is heavy-duty mild steel finished in black textured powder paint. The tray occupies a single rack unit (1.750 in / 44.45 mm high) on a 19.000 in (482.60 mm) panel, with a 13.00 in (330 mm) case depth and a measured noise level of 65 dB. Power enters through a 10 A, 230 V IEC 320-C14 inlet receptacle, and the drawing rates the assembly at 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 3 Amps, with running values of 0.52 A and 80 W.

FT600HA1220BK ships fully assembled and includes rear mount brackets, extension brackets, hardware and mounting instructions; the adjustable rear support bracket spans 2.40 in (61 mm) to 19.20 in (488 mm) for stability in deeper cabinets. The 10-32 rack screws and clip nuts are not supplied. The part is cRUus, TAA, RoHS and REACH compliant and made in Canada.
