Hammond FT300HA1220BK 1U 300 CFM 220V Fan Tray With Lighted Switch

The FT300HA1220BK is a 1U rack mount fan tray from the FT Series, built to deliver targeted cooling for rack-mounted equipment in networking, telecommunications, industrial automation, AV and server applications. It carries three thermally protected ball-bearing fans with a free flow air delivery of 300 CFM, and includes an illuminated on/off power switch for user-controlled operation. Because the tray installs directly into the rack rather than the cabinet shell, airflow can be placed exactly where heat is generated.

The heavy-duty fan tray is made from mild steel and finished in black textured powder paint. Integrated finger guards above and below the fans improve safety while maintaining unrestricted airflow, and a resettable circuit breaker helps safeguard the tray during operation. The unit ships fully assembled.

The compact 1U profile measures 1.750 in (44.45 mm) high on a 19.000 in (482.60 mm) wide panel, with a case depth of 7.50 in (191 mm) and a drawing depth of 7.615 in (193.42 mm). Mounting slots are spaced 18.344 in (465.94 mm) apart for standard 19-inch rack rails, and shipping weight is 10 lbs (4.54 kg). Unlike the 6- and 9-fan FT models, the 3-fan FT300HA1220BK does not use a rear support bracket.

Electrically, FT300HA1220BK is specified at 220 VAC, 50/60 Hz with 0.26 running amps and 40 running wattage; the drawing rates the assembly at 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 3 Amps. Power connects through a 10A, 230V IEC 320-C14 inlet receptacle, so a matching power cord is used for the supply. Rated noise is 63 dB.
