The EN4SD30248S16 is the 316 stainless steel version of the 30 in high x 24 in wide x 8 in deep Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure. It is built to enclose electrical and electronic equipment in harsh, industrial settings, and the 316 grade gives specifiers a stainless option alongside the 304 model, EN4SD30248SS.
The body is formed from 14 gauge stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth. A formed lip keeps out flowing liquids and contaminants, and the door seals against a seamless poured-in place gasket. Latching is Type A, stainless steel slotted quarter turns, with stainless steel hinge pins. Doors are removable for modifications and interchangeable, and the swing can be reversed with adapter kit EHLLSAK.
According to the part drawing, the door opening is 22.49 in x 28.49 in (W x H), with 22.00 in x 28.00 in of clear space available on the door and an inside depth of 8.70 in. The unit wall-mounts through Ø 0.50 in holes using the supplied hardware kit of panel mounting nuts and sealing washers.
