Hammond CDF1935LBK1 20U Louver Vented Door for C2 Cabinets

The CDF1935LBK1 is a 20U louver vented door built exclusively for use with the Hammond C2 Cabinet Series. It suits IT and AV integrators, OEM engineers and facilities teams who need passive airflow into a cabinet while still enclosing and locking the equipment stack. The louvered panel allows air movement through the door face, and the door is sized to match a C2 cabinet frame of 35.00 in (889 mm) height.

Construction is 16-gauge steel finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat, which complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The part is listed as mild steel with a country of origin of Canada, and the same door is offered in RAL7035 light gray as CDF1935LLG1 if a lighter finish is preferred.

The door panel measures 19.33 in (491 mm) wide by 34.75 in (883 mm) high, with a 0.53 in (13 mm) depth shown on the bottom view, and ships at 24 lbs (10.89 kg). Each CDF1935LBK1 assembly includes a black plastic handle, a lock complete with a .531 in high cam (DWS220-9208), two 1/4 in x 4-1/2 in long hinge pins and the C2 louvered door panel itself.

Installation uses the integrated spring pin at the top and bottom of the door, so the door drops into a C2 Series cabinet without additional hardware, and the supplied hinges mount to the cabinet. The series also lists a Door Adapter Kit, a Cabinet Door Replacement Lock and a Partial Height Door Support as accessories.
